A Series of Workshops on Digital Tools for Teachers and Students Internships Quality assurance Took Place in The SSU Within the Joint Czech Project

A 3-day workshop on digital tools for teachers and a 2-day workshop students internships quality assurance took place in the SSU within the joint Czech project “Support of young university capacity in education and research and science activities in Ukraine”. The participants received an exceedingly practical information and will be able apply it within their daily work right away.

Last week, September 23-27, 2019 the SSU hosted a series of workshops for teachers and representatives of SSU administration aimed at improvement of the overall quality of training in the university. Thus, a 3-day workshop for teachers on the use of digital technologies in the educational process brought around 40 interested participants from the SSU and SNAU, who enjoyed studying and practicing such tools as the Digital Badges, Quizlet?, Kahoot, Padlet, Mentimeter, Office Day.

The other 2-day workshop was aimed at teachers and those responsible for organizing students industrial practice and internships. They practiced on designing the questionnaire that can be used later for evaluation of the students’ feedback who had completed the practical training, internship or apprenticeship programme. All the participants were awarded the certificates of participation in a multi-day international seminar.

The seminars were organized within the framework of the joint project of the Czech University of Live Sciences in Prague and the Sumy State University, the Sumy National Agrarian University and Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University under the financial support of the Czech Development Agency. The project is entitled “Support of young university capacity in education and research and science activities in Ukraine”. The project co-ordinator for the Ukrainian side is Oksana Zamora, Associate Professor of the Department of International Economic Relations  of the ERI of the Business Technologies “UABS” of Sumy State University.
